FOR BENEFICIARIES

Our Fellows go on to not just scale their organizations but receive numerous accolades including, but not limited to: Forbes 30U30, Echoing Green Fellowships, Ashoka Changemakers, Goldman Sachs 10KSB, Funding from The Gates Foundation, Mulago Foundation, Woven Foundation, Go Campaign, and more.

Visit our Impact Dashboard to learn more about the impact of our Fellowship and the ripple effect our Fellows have with the children and youth they support!

Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, the Fellowship program costs are subsidized. We use a tiered pricing model so that all qualified candidates can access the Fellowship.

Full or partial scholarships are awarded to around 65% of selected candidates to ensure equity and access.

Please consider your organization’s budget, access to professional development funding, and overall financial context when selecting your Fellowship tier. Selection does not affect eligibility or application review.

We trust applicants to choose the tier that best reflects their capacity. Those who are able to select a higher tier help ensure that leaders from resource-constrained organizations can participate through subsidized and fully funded spots. By choosing a higher tier, you directly contribute to the sustainability and equity of the Gratitude Network Fellowship.

“Gratitude Network—a network that has not only believed in our mission but helped us strengthen it from the inside out. Gratitude has been more than a fellowship—it has been a space of reflection, learning, and courageous leadership. Very few platforms truly recognize the power of shared leadership—but the Gratitude Network did. By actively involving my co-founders, in the fellowship journey, it gave us a rare opportunity to reflect, plan, and strategize together as a team. This collective growth has been one of the most meaningful aspects of the experience.”

“Through personalized coaching and peer learning, we updated our 5-year Strategic Plan, clearly articulating our unique value and sharpening our vision for impact. The Fellowship also inspired us to embed sustainability into our model by developing a social enterprise approach, ensuring long-term financial resilience. Most importantly, it has significantly increased my confidence and capacity to lead my organization as we scale up our programs, including the expansion of our holistic model for children support and family livelihood initiatives.”

“The growth, learning, and relationships [The Fellowship] sparked will continue to shape me for years to come. I’ve had the privilege of being in community with a global cohort of changemakers—brilliant, passionate leaders who are transforming the lives of children and youth in every corner of the world. Together, we challenged each other to think bigger, lead with intention, and stay grounded in the purpose that drives our work. This experience has expanded my perspective in ways I never could have imagined. I’ve been inspired by innovative models of youth development, humbled by the stories of resilience and brilliance from young people around the world, and reminded that while our contexts may differ, our shared commitment to equity, opportunity, and hope unites us all.”
