I’ve additionally worked as an organizer, program manager, policy advocate, grant writer, grant maker, and facilitator of multi-site collaborations at the intersection of the non profit, public and philanthropic sectors.

I am particularly drawn to working with clients on systemic challenges and those that require collaboration across teams or organizations. I have recently been thinking a lot about public private partnerships, the inner work of leadership, and the importance of a trauma informed approach to collaboration and change.

Michelle Sarti

I’m Michelle Sarti, an enthusiastic advocate for living your absolute best life with intention and purpose.

I grew up the youngest of six kids, constantly surrounded by lively conversation, passionate opinions and big expectations to go into the world and work hard. I’m a former attorney who never loved practicing law. I spent ten years on and off studying Counseling Psychology. I have many wild stories about service on school and non-profit boards that challenged me with everything from bear attacks to criminal embezzlement. And of course, like any mom, I have the parenting war stories that come from raising three now almost-adult children. Throw in the existential crises of surviving breast cancer, the pandemic, and 18 days hiking on the John Muir Trail, and, well, I gained clarity about a few important themes in my life: 1) Helping others is what I was meant to do, 2) We are all striving to feel useful and live a life of meaning, 3) Fear, combined with self limiting thoughts, perspectives and behaviors, is the death of dreams and moving forward

I’m now a dedicated Co-Active Coach and I excel at helping others move from a place of feeling restless, stuck or unclear to a place of inspiration and action. I have found profound happiness and purpose in Life and Executive coaching and know that you too, can find what you are seeking to change in your life. When I’m not coaching clients, you can find me hiking and running on the trails of Marin or planning a crazy wilderness adventure.

🧭 Coaching Style and Focus: My coaching approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and a deep commitment to your growth.
We will partner together and dive into your values, perspectives and how you spend your time. I will ask questions, lots of questions, and together we will clarify what matters most to you and design your life the way you want it to be.
