The Gratitude Fellowship is a multi-component program focused on:

Building leader confidence and capabilities
Providing tools and processes for organization impact expansion/scaling.

The aim of our Fellowship is to support leaders and their teams to expand the reach and impact of their organization.

The donors’ investment of time, talent, and financial support changes the trajectory of the lives of more children and youth than they could ever reach on their own.

How It Works

Each year, Gratitude Network conducts a global search for established, social impact leaders who demonstrate an innovative business model serving children and youth.

From over 1,000 applicants annually, we select around 30 to participate in a year-long Fellowship program.

Our model of coaching Gratitude Leaders brings about amazing results: we elevate leadership skills, provide innovative resources, increase reach, sharpen fundraising, and help scale organizations. The final result equals a trajectory change in the lives of nearly 40 million children and youth.
