Our Impact
Over the past year, Gratitude Network partnered with 22 other organizations as part of the Impact Fellowships Network (IFN) 2026 Impact Study—a major global research initiative funded by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and implemented by IREX, one of the leading international organizations advancing education and leadership worldwide. As part of this larger research study we also conducted our own impact study to better understand what happens after our Fellowship ends.

Enouce shared his joy at being part of the Fellowship: “I’m privileged to be a part of the Gratitude Network, and I can’t overstate how much I’m learning from each and every one of you.” Specifically, he appreciated receiving “actionable tips on self-care during a highly challenging period when our organization’s survival hung in the balance.”
Over the course of our fellowship, Enouce reported a 100% increase in his confidence as a leader, as well as his confidence for his organization’s long-term vision and plan!
