Empowerment Breakfast

The Empowerment Breakfast offers a unique chance to engage in meaningful, cause-driven conversations and expand your network — all while supporting nonprofit leaders impacting over 220 million children globally. Enjoy a delicious breakfast while building powerful connections with like-minded corporate leaders, donors, and changemakers. The Empowerment Breakfast is your front-row invitation to connect with fellow changemakers, enjoy a delicious meal, and witness the transformative power of nonprofit leadership in action.

Luminaries with Gratitude Recognition Awards

At the Gratitude Network Empowerment Breakfast, we gather to honor those whose leadership, support, and unwavering commitment continue to illuminate the path of social impact and transformation. Our theme, Luminaries with Gratitude, is a celebration of the extraordinary individuals and partners who power our mission through their dedication, vision, and heart. These recognitions serve not only as a heartfelt thank you but also as a spotlight on the quiet heroes and catalytic changemakers who help scale the work of nonprofit leaders across the globe.

Each honoree represents a unique thread in the fabric of our impact—fueling change, championing innovation, and lighting the way forward for the children and youth we serve. These awards remind us that enduring change is not sparked by a single act, but by sustained belief, shared purpose, and collaborative action.

Cause Circle Conversations

An attendee favorite, our Cause Circle Conversations foster meaningful dialogue and authentic connection. Participants will engage in small-group discussions centered on impact, collaboration, and innovation. Changemakers, Gratitude Network coaches, ambassadors, board members, and community partners will be placed at the same table to explore shared values, community impact, and cross-sector collaboration through guided discussion. It’s a chance to spark new ideas, exchange insights, and build meaningful relationships with fellow purpose-driven leaders.

Community Impact Opportunities

Throughout the morning, attendees can participate in our Silent Auction and Raffle, with all proceeds supporting Gratitude Network’s mission to amplify the impact of nonprofit leaders serving children and youth worldwide.

2025 Fast-Pitch Competitions

Our fast-pitch competitions will showcase creative nonprofit solutions, judged by leaders in business, philanthropy, and social change. Each of our four (4) competitions is dedicated to innovation, storytelling, and impact, while giving the competitors a chance to take home a prize of seed money to elevate their impact. Through our morning “Scaling & Growth” competition, our 2025 Cohort will take the stage to share bold visions for expanding their impact in front of an audience of peers, partners, and potential supporters.
