Gratitude Network Fellows

Our Gratitude Network Fellows are on-the-ground social entrepreneurs, dedicated to solving urgent issues for children and youth around the world.

Each year, we conduct a search for the most innovative, dedicated social entrepreneurs who are serving children and youth in various parts of the world. Thousands apply, and through a careful vetting process, we select 30 to 40 Leaders per annual cohort, growing each year.

Gratitude Network Fellows are committed and ready to expand their organization’s impact through leadership development and growth, organization capacity building, and thoughtful strategic planning.

Our Gratitude Fellows are a diverse group – they live in India, Pakistan, Vietnam, Australia, Nigeria, Tanzania, the United Kingdom, Peru, the United States, and everywhere in between.

The majority of our Gratitude Network Fellows are from the communities they serve.

Many have experienced the challenges they are working to address for the children and youth they serve. Because of this, our Fellows are uniquely positioned to tackle these challenges. These selfless leaders often run their organizations on modest budgets — and with huge hearts. They know a lot about the children they serve and the problems they are solving, but they crave help with skills in personal development and leading their teams.

Our Fellows are social entrepreneurs
who are dedicated to serving
children and youth.

This is where the Gratitude Network comes in.

We are building a network of Gratitude Network Fellows who join us, one annual cohort at a time, to partake in an intense year of coaching, advising, and team building. When their cohort year closes, they remain a permanent part of our network. They now have lifelong connections to their coaches, advisors, and peers around the globe.
