Our work with companies involves three levels of interaction:
1) Super Mentors – assigned to one company each year; they meet specially 1:1 with the company when it comes to the Silicon Valley.
2) Strategic Coaches – they talk regularly with each company and identify the best challenges for the Gratitude Network to contribute to.
3) Mentors – they are specialists who are available to address issues/challenges that are uncovered by the Strategic Coach and company leaders.
In addition to our annual mentorship program, our annual Award Winners are assigned to a Super Mentor. Our rock star super mentors meet with one company that is selected for them each year, and provide strategic insights to that company. Here are our Super Mentors for 2015:
Gratitude Finalists each year receive a year of mentorship fro the Gratitude Network. This means that our Strategic Coach first starts working with each company and then plays “facilitator” role to a host of Mentors in our system.
Here are a few of the 30 Mentors who are part of our Gratitude Network and have been assigned by Strategic Coaches to work with individual companies as the need arrises.
The Gratitude Network is always looking for experienced professionals to join our Mentor Network. Please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in being considered as a mentor.
