In 2019, The Gratitude Network launched a new corporate program, GOLD (Gratitude Organizational Learning and Development) designed to provide leadership development options to for-profit growth-stage organizations.

The GOLD program focuses on executive teams and mid-level teams (“emerging leaders”) within medium- and large-size organizations. In today’s challenging work world, these leaders are now faced with new challenges and opportunities. The goal is to help them adapt to “the new reality” post-COVID19 and take part in the future growth of each organization.

Based on the success and results of the Gratitude Fellow program, the Gratitude GOLD program is modeled after Gratitude’s leadership development model and includes group time, 1:1 coaching and senior leader check-ins to develop and support teams and individuals.
