6:15 – 7:30 am Getting to Know Our Community

7:30 – 9:30 am Leadership in the Trenches: Panel Presentation, Discussion, Q & A and Small Group Activity on Leadership in a Time of Growth, Crisis, Pivot, Re-Grouping

9:30 – 9:45 am Short break

9:45 – 10:45 am Small Group Work (Burning Issues): Topics will be sent out ahead of time for participants to select session most critical to their work

10:45 – 11:45 am Small Group Work (Sharing and Learning Circle): Current Challenges, Successes

11:45 am – 12:00 pm Wrap up
